Join Out the Gate Travel as we venture to the Capitec Franschhoek Cap Classique & Champagne Festival, also known as "The Bubbles Festival! Please see the itinerary below. The trip includes the flight into Cape Town, 4/5-star hotels, transfers to/from airport, transfer to/from Franschhoek, tickets to the champagne festival, and some activities in Cape Town. Includes the City Pass. The Mauritius luxury beach excursion can be added for an additional cost. This trip starts at $4886 per person for double occupancy, single occupancy starts at $6285. This is a trip for persons 18 and over only. Trip insurance is not included, but we offer it and it is highly recommended.

Take off from your home airport and arrive in Cape Town the next morning. You will sleep on the plane. Nonstop flights will be booked when possible. Pricing is based on main cabin economy seating from Dulles Airport in Washington, DC. Price may vary based on airport origin.
Land in Cape Town and airport transfer takes you to Franschhoek where you will check-in to a 5-star hotel, settle in, and enjoy free time the rest of the afternoon. Meet up for dinner with the group (meal included, alcohol is not included).

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Load bags for the for travel back to Cape Town. Transport will pick up the group. Arrive in Lisbon at the 4/5-star hotel for check-in. Unpack, venture out or relax. Explore the city at your own pace. Welcome dinner with the group (cost included- no alcohol included.
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Take the cable car (will depend on winds) to the top of the mountain and see 360 degree views of Cape Town. Once back at the base, head to the Gold of Africa Museum. Dinner on your own.
Breakfast at the hotel or around town. The group will travel to Robben Island via half an hour ferry and tour the prison where Nelson Mandela, and many others were imprisoned. Return to explore The Iziko Museums - a collection of 11 museums covering topics of African heritage, from natural and social history to art, science, and maritime culture.
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Enjoy the last day in Cape Town. Shop, take a hop on hop off bus tour, visit a museum, visit a wine vineyard, see the whales or seals, or explore the waterfront or the city. Use your City Pass to explore. A champagne sunset boat excursion and then dinner with the group (alcohol not included).
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Check out of the hotel and take the airport transfer. Option to extend your stay or venture on to Mauritius. Fly to Mauritius. Transfer takes the group to the luxury resort on the beach. Settle in and meet for dinner (alcohol not included).
Relax that day in the pool, grab a cocktail poolside, or take a dip in the crystal blue waters of Mauritius. Visit the spa, go snorkeling or just lay out. Dinner on your own.
Enjoy sleeping in or breakfast at the hotel. Free day to do what you like. Hang at the hotel, go shopping, see more historic sites, explore a neighborhood, visit a museum. It's your day on your time. Meet with the group for our final dinner and to say goodbyes. (Dinner included, alcohol not included.)
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Pack your bags and take the hotel shuttle to the airport. Take flight back to Cape Town and then your flight to your home base.
